The TECALSA – REISUCAL Group is proud to announce that it moved to its new premises in the Industrial Area of Sant Ermengol, calle Progrés, 28 – Hall 3 in 08630 Abrera (Province of Barcelona) – Spain. The factory is divided in several sections:
- The facilities for the workers (including dressing rooms, showers, toilets and dining room
- The shop where all necessary parts needed to manufacture of our machines are kept in stock
- The mechanic workshop where all small mechanical parts and spare parts are being prepared
- The electric / electronic workshop where all the electrical elements, like e.g. motors, frequency variators, etc. are being prepared and are mounted in the panels and in the operator desks
- The mechanical assembly area
- The paint booths and drying area with its filtering system
- The testing area
- The storing area for the machines ready for shipment
- The loading dock for trucks or containers
- The factory also has a travelling crane with a capacity of 16 To. which is covering the whole width and the whole length of the factory.
The offices are located in the same building just above the shop area and can be accessed via an independent door at the rear of the building. These offices are divided into various departments:
- Research and development (R&D)
- Design and technical office
- Sales
- Administration
- Archives
- Meeting room with video conference facility
